Are Mormons Christians?

I know that we are Christians because that we believe in Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior.We also have another testament of Jesus Christ called the Book of Mormon.Please accept my invitation to read and study this book yourself and pray to know that is is true?I know if you read and pray with real intent you will find for yourself that this is the true church of Jesus Christ on the earth today.
